Lance Nelson

Corporate Compliance Officer

Lance brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to our firm. With an extensive background in construction and safety, he has been setting new policies and upholding our lofty standards. He is leading and overlooking multiple ongoing projects while continuingly teaching and upgrading policies that benefits and sets a higher standard for our team.

Vikash Sami

CEO & Chairman

Sami leads this team with a clear focus and vision to achieve its goals for the team, for our partners and investors alike. He specializes in land acquisition and joint venture partnerships. Working closely with all three levels of our government, he builds and strengthens long-term relationships as well as collaborates on short-term projects. He leads our team with realistic optimism while adapting to changing times and a willingness to take calculated risks to reach our goals.

Kian Tey

VP Of Development

Kian comes from an engineering background and has been developing projects from wood frame condos to mega concrete structures for the last 30 years and has extensive knowledge and know-hows to achieve maximum output from each project.

Stefan Pittman

VP Of Construction

Stefan brings over 15 years of experience in planning and executing large and medium scale commercial, institutional and residential projects. He has served in an executive role at Stuart Olson and Clark Builders. He has a double major in Architectural Engineering Technology and Earth Science

Edward Teh

Director Of Development

Edward manages all aspects of AU Milan’s planning and development activities. Edward comes from an engineering background and has been involved in numerous megaprojects over his career working with major local developers including Wesbank Corp. and the Holborn Group.

Gary Dhillon

Construction Manager

Gary oversees our on-field construction teams. He is a strong believer in empowering the team to achieve their goals. He is an electrician by profession and has a strong background in project management. He can strategize and see the bigger picture while keeping the projects main focus in play to reach its target.

Aldric Hovenkamp

Construction Lead

Aldric leads our construction framing and forming teams on multiple sites. He brings over 40 years of experience dealing with building cost-effective buildings while maintaining the highest of standards. He is an inspiration to our team.

Jiadan Wang

Project Manager

Jiadan has a Masters in Environmental Engineering and is in charge of in-house project development, coordinating between different engineers, architects and project consultants. She also is in charge of communicating and keeping track of all ongoing projects with different municipalities. She is an effective communicator and is always ready to lead a new project.

Neringa Sargautaite

Design Manager

Neringa is an architect by trade and is in charge of all our project design reviews before submitting them to the cities. She also looks after all 3D modelling and all interior designs for the upcoming projects. She takes the lead in making sure that all the project designs have the companies vision in mind in delivering an amazing indoor and outdoor living experience.
